Health and Wellness Classes

These FREE Health and Wellness Classes are a great way to stay motivated and informed. Presented by our personal trainers.

Classes are held at 6:30pm. 

September 14: Meditation by Tish Adamson- Learn how meditation benefits the body. Guest Speaker Andrea Carver.

October 12: Your Core by Torri Smith-There is more to the core; Come learn what really helps.

November 16: Exercise and your brain by Amy Hughes- Did you know that exercise benefits the brain?

January 18: Nutrition by Heather Cindrich, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist- Change your habits, what vitamins/supplements are right for me, what a super food can do.
