Health and Wellness Classes

These FREE Health and Wellness Classes are a great way to stay motivated and informed. Presented by our personal trainers.

Classes are held at 6:30pm. 

September 14: Meditation by Tish Adamson- Learn how meditation benefits the body. Guest Speaker Andrea Carver

October 12: Your Core by Torri Smith-There is more to the core; Come learn what really helps

November 16: Exercise and your brain by Amy Hughes- Did you know that exercise benefits the brain?


On Saturday October 28, the WHOLE facility will be closed to prepare for our annual Spooktacular.  Please join us that evening 5:30-8:30pm for games, treats, canoe rides, and spook alley’s.  Entrance is free, tickets are $.50 each for food and games.
