Wendy Jones

Wendy has worked in the fitness industry for 13+ years teaching group fitness classes and training clients one on one or in small groups. Holds a Bachelor’s in Human Performance Management and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Has helped clients recover from injuries, prevent surgery, and get their bodies back after pregnancy, as well as prepare for athletic events. Enjoys helping clients appreciate the small and large victories physical fitness brings with consistent effort.

With a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, a Minor in Nutrition, and with more than 20 years in the fitness/health industry, Amy enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Her background is in exercise as preventative medicine, weight control, rehabilitation, functional training and pre/post-natal exercise.

Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Torri also holds certifications in Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Cycling and Silver Sneakers. She has been teaching for over 10 years. Enjoys involving stabilization and core strength in training programs to enhance the strength of the underlying muscles, improve muscle imbalances and promote better structural posture

National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.  Bachelor’s degree, University of Montana, 2005.  An avid outdoorsman, Collin enjoys skiing & snowboarding, biking, hiking, rock climbing, and participates in league soccer, adult kickball, triathlons, and other sports.  Collin works with clients ranging in age and ability and is eager to help you gain strength, flexibility, balance, lose weight, enhance athletic performance, and integrate fitness as part of your permanent lifestyle.

Tish comes to us with almost 20 years of dedication to helping people achieve their goals in group fitness classes. She is a certified personal trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and hold additional certifications in group fitness, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Fitness Nutrition (NASM), and several others including cycle, step, Silver Sneakers, Turbo Kick, and weight training. Her passion is helping her clients realize their own strength and empowering them to reach their fitness goals. Emphasis in weight loss/management, functional strength, exercising with chronic illness, and those just starting their fitness journey.
