Youth Speed & Agility Training
Each class is taught by a certified personal trainer. We will work on drills to increase SPEED – the ability to run quickly and AGILITY – the ability to change directions quickly with good posture and balance.
Recommended for youth 10 and older
Registration: May 6th @ 9:00am until full
Pricing: Member $40 Non-Member $45
Time: 8:00am-9:00am
Sessions: 2 weeks long Monday-Thursday

Fit Kids
Join us for a fitness program designed to help kids learn to be active and eat for a healthy life! Each class is taught by one of our certified fitness instructors. Children learn foundational movements such as planks, lunges and squats. Play games to improve hand eye coordination and more.
Recommended for elementary age children
