Wendy has a BS in Human Performance Management, certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. Wendy enjoys helping clients recover from injuries, preventing surgery, exercising through pregnancy and after.

Amy Hughes

With a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition and more than 20 years in the fitness/health industry, Amy enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Her background is in exercise as preventative medicine, weight control, rehabilitation, functional training and pre/post-natal exercise.

Torri Smith

Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Torri also holds certifications in AFAA, Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Cycling and Silver Sneakers. She has been teaching for over 10 years. Enjoys involving stabilization and core strength in training programs to enhance the strength of the underlying muscles, improve muscle imbalances and promote better structural posture.

Sheri Bolding

Sheri has a B.S. in Business Marketing and a minor in physical education from the University of Utah. She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor for Cycle, Pilates/Barre, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer 1 and 2, Yoga, Power/Cardio Tone and Silver Sneakers. She believes that it is important to stay current on fitness and nutritional trends and to keep programs innovative to motivate people to get and stay fit. She loves helping people achieve their fitness goals in a variety of ways including functional training and core development. She works with people of all ages and fitness levels. She strongly believes that people become empowered when they feel confident in their health and fitness activities.

Rocky Miller

Associate Degree in Health and Exercise science- Utah Career College. National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) certified. Helps clients lose weight, gain core strength, have better posture, increase muscle hypertrophy, and have better overall health.

Megan Wells

Wells- Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and 500 hour yoga instructor who loves empowering you to improve your energy, mobility and balance to meet your goals to enjoy the things you love to do with the people you love. Many individuals have neurological, cardiopulmonary or orthopedic diagnoses that may currently limit you in aspects of your day.
Megan is an expert in working with those who have diagnoses that are impacting their ability to participate in life to its fullest. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2008 and has 14 years of experience specializing in older adults, home safety, bone health and improving balance to reduce falls. Megan also offers an annual physical therapy wellness visit for adults of all ages.
