Memberships have paperwork associated with them, so at this time we have you come into the facility to make the purchase. It will take about 15-20 minutes to complete the paperwork and sale. Membership cards are given after a picture of the person is taken, so if they do not come with you at the time of purchase then they will need to stop at the front desk when they come in for the first time.

Our single use admission is only good for the time you are here. If you leave the facility, then you will need to pay again to enter. If you hold a membership then you can come multiple times in a day. If you leave for only a few minutes to go get something out of your vehicle, let the front desk know and they can coordinate with you.

We would recommend that you accompany your children each time they are using the facility. Children under the age of 9 years old are required to have an adult over the age of 14 years of age in the area that they are using. For swimming, children under the age of 6 will need to have an adult in the water with them.

Typically, the fastest way is for you to scan your membership pass. If you have forgotten your membership pass, you can wait in the line and the cashier can manually admit you. We can also text you a QR code to your mobile phone, that you can save to your phone, instead of the physical card and you can scan that code for entry.

Food can be brought in BUT must remain in designated areas. Those areas are: Lobby, Party rooms, and the outdoor lawn area. Water bottles are allowed throughout the facility. NO alcohol is allowed in the facility, even for rentals or rooms.

Smoking is only allowed outside and at least 25 feet from any exit or entry door. There is also NO smoking allowed anywhere on the outdoor pool deck.

NO dogs, or other animals, are allowed in the facility. Service animals are allowed.

No, we don’t allow for belongings to be left overnight. Belongings left overnight in lockers will be brought to the front desk and placed in lost and found. 

The Refund Policy

The South Davis Recreation District reserves the right to cancel classes, change participants’ levels, or combine classes due to insufficient registrants or causes beyond its control.  If a class is cancelled by the Center, a full refund will be granted.

If registrant misses a scheduled class, that class period will not be made up.  IF the Center cancels a class due to bad weather or other foreseen circumstance, the class will be rescheduled.  There will be no refunds or “credit” for missed classes by participants.

Children who are 14 & 15 years old can use the weight room AFTER they complete an orientation. We offer orientations every month. Anyone under the age of 14 is not allowed to use the weight room or cardio equipment. We offer fitness classes specifically for children and would recommend they attend those. 

If they are actively using it as a walking track, children can use it. Children under the age of 9 need to have an adult in the area while they use it though. 

This is an area that is highly used by programs and you will encounter them being closed. We try to ensure availability each day but it may not always align with the time you are able to come. Stay up-to-date on public hours by checking out the website before coming. 

You cannot play your music out loud while using the facility. Please bring headphones or earbuds for your music enjoyment. 

Utah State law requires that ANYONE not toilet trained AND under the age of 3 wear plastic swim pants and a swim diaper when swimming. We stock these supplies to sell at the front desk but there may be a time where we have run out.

The admissions for swimming and skating are treated as separate charges so if you wished to do both you would need to pay for swimming and skating admissions.

We do not have designated pickleball courts. During the winter months you may request a net from the front desk if the basketball court is empty.

Currently there is paperwork associated with all of our rental types, so you must make a reservation in person. However you can call in to the front desk to check availability.
