The weather in February is usually cold! Temperatures usually range from 23 F (Low) to 42 F (High). We’ve only had one race during a snow storm in 7 years.

We will hold the race – rain, snow or shine!

Sweethearts 5K
This is course we use for all of our 5K races! If you’ve run with us before, it’s fairly easy…. All right hand turns!

There will be one aid station which will provide water, Gatorade and first aid to any in need. It is located half way through the race at Porter Lane (1600 N) and Main Street. We do not close any roads for our races, please be safe and know the course!

Cupid1K
For the 1K, it’s all right turns. The 1K starts in the parking lot behind our facility. Looks for a large sign, that says “1K START” which will be right near the bowery’s north end. The route goes around our facility and ends back in the same parking lot it started in. We ask that all 1K racers stay on the sidewalk, know where to go (the course), and have an adult accompany them if they are under 5 years old. All 1K racers should pay extra close attention to our parking lot entrances! We have volunteers staffed there direct traffic, but racers need to be aware of their surroundings and cars.
